2018 High School BOYS Registration Information

Registration closes March 1, 2018 at midnight.
Please read the following PRIOR to beginning the registration process:

Online Registration Page: “Click Here" Select "High School BOYS" from drop down.
Eligibility Requirements: To play lacrosse for a Waukesha High School Lacrosse team, the player must attend: Waukesha North HS, South HS or West HS.
US Lacrosse Membership: An annual US Lacrosse Membership is required to play for our club. There is an annual non-refundable fee payable to US Lacrosse for this membership.
A US Lacrosse membership valid through August 31, 2018 will be required PRIOR to REGISTRATION for ALL players.
You will be prompted to renew or obtain a new membership with US Lacrosse as part of our online registration process. The US Lacrosse Membership may be renewed or obtained through US Lacrosse BEFORE completing beginning the WLC Online Registration. (HOWEVER: Please note that your player’s name and date of birth must match exactly between US Lacrosse and our registration system. Errors will occur if the information does NOT match.)

Volunteer Fee: A $200.00/Player or $500/Family Maximum Volunteer Fee will be charged to each family for the 2018 season. Please see the Volunteer Credit Descriptions page for more information.
A separate $200/player check (with $500/family max) DATED June 1, 2018 made payable to WLC must be mailed to the Treasurer prior to the Early Bird date (for Early Bird Fee) or March 1st, 2018 in order for your player to be added to the roster.
If volunteer obligations are fulfilled for the 2018 Season, your check is destroyed.
If volunteer obligations are NOT fulfilled for the 2018 Season, your check is cashed at the end of the season.
HS Boys: Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, boys lacrosse stick -shaft and head, mouth guard and a protective cup.
NOTE: Boys HS players will be provided team issued helmets to use during the season.
ATHLETIC "CARD" REQUIRED FROM THE PLAYER'S HIGH SCHOOL Athletic Department
Athlete Eligibility: All High School Players must meet the required athlete eligibility requirements at their respective High School. It is the responsibility of the High School player to obtain their athletic card from their High School's Athletic Department PRIOR to the first tryout practice.

PLAYER REFUNDS: Prior to March 1, 2018 players can receive a refund less the NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $75. After March 1, 2018 – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Refund requests should be made through the program director listed above.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The following payment schedule has been set up for those wishing to spread their payments over three installments. The option to submit payments by credit card is available for the Player Fee only.
Payment 1: $ 75 Due Upon Registration
Payment 2: $160 Due January 20, 2018*
Payment 3: $165 (Early Bird) or $265 (Regular) Due February 20, 2018*
Balance Due: March 1, 2018*
All Fees (and volunteer check) must be paid prior to participation.
*If you register your player AFTER a Payment Schedule Due Date, AND pay by CREDIT CARD, the amount due at time of registration will be all payments due up to the registration date.
